Extended Hearts Community Partners is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was formed in order to aid other groups in their development by assisting them in their formation, organization, and in the creation of online fundraising activities. We provide our clients with the consultants, web and technology-based solutions, and other services that they need to empower individuals to engage in active relationships with charities, associations, and other nonprofit organizations.
